It is a awesome, fast note-taking device. But it is a bit small, so not great for writing long texts on 1 page

Battery life lasts for about 1 day of normal or less under constant use (i.e constant refreshing due fast reading and/or use of backlight in lowest brightness)
I wouldn't know if it's either due to a used battery given that it is refurbished or simply to the battery being underpowered.
In any other regard, this is a good e-reader for a good price

Received the Origin with the 2 covers. Covers are horrible. Do not fit good and tablet just falls out if not glued to cover. It does not close properly causing sleep issues draining battery. Suppose to have Google play, but you have to register device with Google. Then you suppose to wait until approved. Been days still not approved so no apps available. The ones that come with it crashes when you try to open them. So far useless. Contacted Mobiscribe saying not working and was told the Origin I bought from Mobiscribe does not qualify for returns, even though I requested return within 2 days a receiving. Never will purchase from them again. I can now clearly see why Mobiscribe notes are voted and reviewed as the worse enote available.

It is better than expected. I just wish that a comprehensive owners manual was downloaded on the devise. Maybe it can be sent through an update.
